Exercises

The following exercises are designed to address post-concussion symptoms including lack of focus, headache, memory difficulties, brain fog, nervousness, irritability and more. Patients experience improved brain function, reduced symptoms, and an overall higher quality of life.

Card Sorting

Remember which cards go in which pile as you sort them while responding to mental challenges

MasterMind

Identify the word your partner has in mind by making educated guesses which are graded by your partner

A to Z 123

Tap the correct post it with the correct hand while moving your feet and doing memory and cognitive challenges

Stroop

Challenge your brain to separate the color of the text from the color written by the text

Set

Play the visual pattern game with yourself or a partner while distracted by music, noise, or memory tasks

Run and Tap Post-It

Move quickly between the walls of your room, tapping the correct color post it on each wall and responding to other challenge

Peripheral Tracking

Tap the circles on the edges of the screen while remembering the shapes or cards that are shown while you work

Parasympathetic Intervals

Short bursts of physical activity followed by careful breathing to get blood flow to your brain and prepare the nervous system for healing.

Listen and Tap

Use your hands, feet, and body to tap out patterns to the beat while you engage in conversation or maze solving

Random Tracking

Tap circles that appear in random patterns across the screen
